We are hosting our first annual soccer camp on April 9th (5-7pm), 10th (5-7pm), & 11th (10am-1pm). The camp is for boys and girls ages 4-12. This will be during spring break for most children so it will be a great opportunity to enjoy something new and exciting while school is not in session. Cost is $20 per child. Everyone will receive a t-shirt, daily refreshments, and training geared towards their age group. We hope to encourage your child with character building principles from the Word of God as well. On the final day of the camp, parents will be encouraged to attend as we recognize each child who participated in the camp and we will also provide a free lunch for everyone that attends. We look forward to meeting you!

What to bring

Cleats and shin guards (not required)
Tennis Shoes are fine if necessary
Loose fitting, knee length Shorts and a T-shirt (Camp shirt will be handed out on first day)
Water Bottle if you have one

WAIVER AGREEMENT

I am voluntarily, allowing my child to participate in soccer camp and I release and agree not to hold liable Community Baptist Church, all leaders, and workers in the program from claims that may be made by my child or me. I understand that participation involves risk and agree to accept all such risk. I certify that my child is in good physical health. Permission is granted for emergency medical treatment if needed. I've read this form and understand that by signing it I'm giving up certain legal rights. I am a parent/legal guardian of the child named above, and I agree that the terms of this agreement are binding on me and my child.
